About the Collins House Inn

At The Collins House Inn, our goal is to provide our guests a comfortable, relaxing experience. The policies outlined below help us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in observing these policies.
Collins House Inn Important Inn Policies
  • The Collins House Inn is a smoke-free property and has no designated smoking areas.
    (Guests failing to adhere to the non-smoking policy will be subject to applicable
    charges incurred for cleaning/deodorizing room, upholstered furniture, bedding, etc. This fee can be upwards of, but not limited to, $500.00.)
     
  • Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  • Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
  • Candles are not permitted in guest rooms.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages.
  • We are unable to accommodate pets.
  • We are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 18.
  • A full candlelight breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
  • Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
  • A deposit, equal to one night’s room rental (plus applicable taxes), is due at the time of your reservation.
    • Collins House Inn Cancellations

    All cancellation notices must be received in writing (e-mail is acceptable) at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival date.

    Cancellation notices received within 72 hours of your arrival date will result in a charge equal to one night’s room rental plus applicable taxes -- unless we are able to re-rent the room. If we are able to re-rent the room, you will not be charged. No-shows will be charged one night’s room rental charge plus applicable taxes. If we have made any additional purchases, per your request, that are non-refundable . . . charges for those items are unable to be refunded.

    In addition to a full, candlelight breakfast (served in our main dining room), guests will find the following amenities offered in each of the five guestrooms:
